IMPORTANT Shipping Information: During this time of the Canada Post Strike that has been going on, we have had to pivot to use alternative shipping services as Canada Post has been our primary shipping company in the past. We have found alternative shipping options, so please feel confident that your packages will arrive as quickly as possible! At Crocus & Fern Boutique, every order is important to us and we will do everything we can to make sure that you are happy with your order and our service. We are committed to ensuring your packages are processed and shipped as soon as possible (within 3 days).

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping with an order over $135 CAD (before tax). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping time will vary depending on your location.
Orders & Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of placing your order.
Shipping Timelines Within Canada
Approximately 1-3 days within BC and approximately 7 days nationally. Please keep in mind that there could be slight delays depending on weather as we are in Canada and we do face active weather from time to time.
International Shipping
International orders will also be processed within 3 days but will take longer to arrive depending on where you are. Please allow up to 14 days for your package to arrive and know that it could very well arrive sooner. The speed of delivery is up to the shipping company and we can not guarantee its arrival. However tracking information will be provided so that you can track the status of your order.
Order Tracking
All orders receive automatic package tracking. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. Please ensure your email and phone number are provided at checkout in case we need to contact you regarding your order.
Lost & Damaged Orders
By placing an order with Crocus & Fern Boutique, you understand that we are not responsible for delays or loss of items by our shipping provider, Canada Post. Crocus & Fern Boutique will not be held liable for items once they are shipped to your requested address.
If your order DOES happen to arrive damaged, please email us at: support@crocusandfern.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo to verify the damage so that we can offer the best resolution possible.
Additions or Cancellations
If you have forgotten to add something to your order or need to make a change, please email us right away at: support@crocusandfern.com and we will take care of it for you.
Also, if you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 24 hours by email so we can cancel it for you before it is shipped. Once a package is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
